Chris qualified and has been practicing acupuncture since December 1999, having worked in clinics in Bromsgrove, Birmingham, Leamington Spa and Coventry.
Chris's approach to health and well-being is multi-faceted, it starts with prevention, having a clear picture of health and what makes you healthy.
His aim is to empower patients to take responsibility for their own health, this involves good nutrition, good eating habits, eating a rainbow diet, exercise/movement, breathing correctly, and good bowel movements to remove toxins.
Acupuncture maintains and optimisms correct energy flow. Working with seasonal changes and cycles that effect our health and well being. Having an awareness of external / internal causes disease, and working in-balance with nature.
Tui Na is a hands on practice utilising gentle structural modifications and massage.
Without the implementation of changes to life style and diet we can only bring about limited changes to our health.
We also need to considering the impact on our health that comes from frustrated ambitions and emotions, our spirit plays an essential role in our overall health and well-being.
Chris's work as an acupuncturist is to unravel the complexity of potential causes surrounding his patients ill-health, to get to the root cause not just to treat the symptoms.
My goal is to provide a natural gentle approach to health care that will reverse and prevent disease using the principles of traditional Chinese Medicine. This also involves knowing when to refer patients back to their GP.
I care about your well being and will provide you with guidance, knowledge, and the tools needed to be healthy. I am here to help you achieve optimal health and well-being.
I understand that we are not living the best life possible unless our mind body/spirit are completely healthy. That's why I take a holistic approach to prevent and reverse disease.
This can only be achieved with us working closely together in a therapeutic relationship.
